Colibri 1.13.2

1,229

Colibri is a Chromium-based modern web browser without tabs, debuted in late 2016.  Colibri’s no tab approach aims to eliminate common distractions when surfing your favorite web sites.

When you launch it the first time, the first thing you’ll see is a ‘Quick guide’ screen where you can learn and be familiar with the browser’s interface and shortcut keys.

Once you’ve opened a web site, the address bar automatically hides. Colibri moves navigation controls such as back, forward and refresh into the browser’s title bar.

Also, before you can bookmark a web page (add a link), you’ll need to log in to your account first on their website. If you manage to download their browser from other sources, you can create an account from their website by entering an email.

Colibri has another unique feature – by typing the name of the web page you want to visit, Colibri will automatically open it for you, similar to Google’s ‘I‘m feeling lucky.’ For example, typing “open youtube” will open Youtube’s home page. However, in our test, we sometimes experience a browser freeze while navigating some websites.
